Payment Method

Wolf Studios accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, and card transactions. Our shop is currently offline, but please contact us for any product requests. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Pound Sterling.

If you bought your goods from a stockist, retailer or from somewhere other than from the website, you will need to seek an exchange or refund from that person directly.

Duties + Taxes

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. Wolf Studios Limited is not responsible for any delays.

Currency Conversion

All prices listed on our site are charged in Pound Sterling. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.

Return and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault present. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back, or refund them.

For all other items, you may exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Wolf Studios Limited must receive the product in the original packaging via a postage box via secure, insured Express Post with the jewellery securely fastened in packaging, tags attached and in the exact condition, it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods.

If you are issued a refund it will credit back onto your PayPal account that you placed the order with via Secure Pay.

Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?

We move quickly to get your order shipped out asap, which means that we aren't able to make any changes to an order once it's been placed. If you need to cancel your order, there is a small window of time when we can cancel it before it gets shipped—drop us a line at and we'll be happy to see what we can do!

Faulty Items

All items are produced in house and quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the rare and unlikely occasion there may be a fault we didn't find.

Claims for faulty goods must be made within 3 days of purchase.

Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

The jewellery is handmade and should be handled with care. If it is dropped on a hard surface it could damage. If any pressure is placed on the product or if they are bent out of shape they can weaken. This can result in breakage.

Please ensure to keep your product in the original packaging to prevent this from occurring and prevent scratching when storing. Wolf Studios Limited is not required to fix items that have been broken or damaged when worn.
