Please note, we do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.
Your modern heirloom will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders should be received in 3-10 business days. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.
Pieces that are Made to Order will be dispatched within 14-21 working days.

International shipping flat rates for all orders up to £ 249 GBP are listed below.

Delivery times are an estimate only and Wolf Studios Limited will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time dispatch. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.
Duties + Taxes
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. Wolf Studios Limited is not responsible for any delays.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Wolf Studios Limited is not liable for the lost post where the package has been sent to an incorrectly provided address. Refunds/replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.
Out of Stock Items
In case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately. If the transaction has been processed we will reverse the payment and will then inform you when the product will be available. For any inquiries regarding this please email email@example.com.
